Payments


Accepted payment methods are:

Pre-payment - before the goods are shipped you will receive an invoice. After receipt of your payment the goods will be shipped within 1 business day. Payment must be sent within three (3) days.

 

Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the goods.

• You will be responsible for returning the goods to 4T at your own cost.
• Returned items must be packaged, and the packaging must be adequate for return by post.
• The returning goods should also have the 4T invoice that arrived with your shipment.
• It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured.
• All returned goods must be as new, without having been installed or used, and including all internal packaging, manuals, and protective bags.
• 4T cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost while being returned.
• 4T will, within thirty (30) days, refund to you the sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
• If you do not return the goods as required, 4T may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Custom-made orders cannot be returned, unless: they are defective and if they meet the terms of the warranty.

Damaged Items


All shipped items are insured. If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us at: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

In the event of goods damaged in shipment, we will be happy to process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Be certain to inspect the goods that you receive before signing for their receipt from any person of the shipping company making the shipment to you.

 

Warranty


4T Products Warranty.

For any other products, the warranty terms are as provided by the manufacturers of such products.

 

International Orders (other than European Union countries)


NOTE: International shipments cannot be sent to post-office boxes.

Duties and Taxes


Your purchase/order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

After 4T makes a shipment, you will receive (via your e-mail address) your order tracking number. All international orders are shipped via EMS, and are fully insured. You will be able to track your order’s progress to its final destination.

Because of customs procedures, the actual delivery time may be longer than the normal shipping time information provided by us. Any delays caused by customs, or other aspects out of the control of 4T, may possibly prolong the arrival of your shipment.

Additionally, when ordering from 4T, you are considered to be the importer of record; and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do not reduce the prices of the goods for any reason; and, we always attach an invoice to our shipment.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the duties and taxes mentioned above, 4T cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason other than a 4T Products Warranty issue.
